CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:
With concern for the health and safety of our staff, clients and community, Ardente Supply Co., Inc. is adopting modified policies until further notice to limit channels for transmission of the novel coronavirus.
We are committed to continuing work since the needs of our trade customers are for the good of the general public.
That said, we ask our customers to follow our updated policies until we receive guidance that it is time to return to business as usual.
The counter is now open to the public for walk-ins with a mask required.
If you have parts to pick up, please call ahead and we will place them outside the door. It is asked that pay with a credit card over the phone, and cash sales will still be accepted but the transaction will take place in the parking lot. The same goes for dropping off parts for warranty, repair, or replacement. Call ahead or leave them with a note and we will take care of them.
- WaterSpot Showrooms in Boston and Natick are now Open by appointment only.
- We will increase our availability by phone and email and work on implementing video calling capabilities because we do understand that some things need to be shown rather than simply discussed over phone or email.
